Blonde stepdaughter wants to get out of doing her chores

My stepdaughter had a huge list of chores she was supposed to do, but hasn’t even started on any of them. I tried to be stern and tell her that she needed to do her duties, but instead she offered me a deal to drain my balls if I handle her responsibilities.
